I left a message for a long time but never heard back, what should l do?
If you haven’t heard back from us for a long time, don’t forget to check your spam emails! You might miss it! We’ll reply to you within 24-48h of our workday!
Do you offer any kinds of discounts?

I forgot to use my discount code. Can that be applied to my order?
If you placed an order and forgot to apply your discount code, please take the following steps:1. Email orders at info@fedfitness.com2. Send us your order number and the screenshot of the discount code you provided.3. Please allow for 2-3 business days for a reply.
Can I cancel my order?
We try to get orders out as fast as possible. If you need to cancel, please email us at orders at info@fedfitness.com immediately with "CANCEL" in the subject line and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please keep in mind that cancellations are not guaranteed if the tracking numbers are generated or the orders are too far along in the shipping process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Shipping FAQ
When will my order ship?
If you haven't received a shipping notification from us after 2-3 days of making the purchase, please email orders at info@fedfitness.com
What should I do if there are any attachments missing or damaged when I received the package?
Please provide us with the information listed below when you contact us at info@fedfitness.com:1. Order number2. Some relevant pictures of the broken parts and all the labels marked on the packaging box or anything you think could as a proof (this is really important)3. Your available address and your phone number.
How long does the package have to be missing before we deem it lost?
The package will be deemed lost when it has no logistic information for about 15 days or so. If the above happens to your package, please contact us.
Why I can not find my package when it is showing delivered?
Please check all the places around your house and also your neighbor’s place. (Some of our customers reflect their packages were sent to their neighbor’s house.) If you have an issue or question that requires immediate assistance, please contact us.
Assembly FAQ
How do I connect with the "FED Fitness (iOS/Android version)" app?
To connect with the FED Fitness app, first download and install the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Then, open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to create an account or log in.
Next, make sure your device’s Bluetooth is turned on. Turn on your fitness equipment and enable its Bluetooth pairing mode if necessary. In the app, go to the device connection section and select your equipment from the list of available devices.
Once connected, you can start tracking your workouts and enjoy the app’s features.
Does this dumbbell support the iFIT smart fitness experience?
This product does not currently support iFIT functionality.
What should I do if the app cannot find my device?
Ensure your device’s Bluetooth is turned on and the fitness equipment is in pairing mode. Try restarting the app and your device. If the problem persists, check for app updates or contact customer support.
What should I do if the app crashes or freezes?
Try closing and reopening the app. Restart your phone if needed. If the issue continues, uninstall and reinstall the app or contact customer support.
