Shipping Policy

PART 1: FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)*

This price includes any shipping costs associated with the product.
At checkout, it will ask you to provide your address and contact information before ordering. After your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with an order number and details. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

1. Order Processing & Shipping Times

We do our best to get your order out as soon as we can! The timelines can change around holidays or due to staffing at times, but the timeline stated below is our most up-to-date timeline for when orders will ship. Here is a breakdown of our standard timelines and what you can expect after you place your order.

1.1 Processing Time:

Please allow 1–2 business days for in-stock items to ship.

1.2 Shipping Timelines:

  • Parcel Shipping: Typically arrives within 2–8 business days;
  • Truck Freight Deliveries: 5–12 business days;

1.2.1 Most orders are shipped via ground carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, UPS, Amazon Logistics); Orders may arrive in multiple boxes, on different days, or from multiple carriers to speed up delivery.

1.2.2 Weather delays, holidays, and carrier schedules may occasionally impact these timelines.

1.3 Pre-Orders & Back-Orders:

The estimated dates on the product page or your order confirmation page are the dates we expect the to arrive in our warehouse.

2. Truck Freight Shipments

The following packages (including but not limited to) can be shipped as LTL (Truck Freight Delivery):

  • Barbell plate sets
  • Barbell plates and barbell sets
  • Treadmills
  • Elliptical machines
  • Rowing machines

A combination of the above items is also possible.

For larger items or combined products, we prefer to ship on pallets to reduce the possibility of loss or damage. If you have any special requirements, please contact us before purchasing and we will do our best to assist you.

PART 3: Freight Deliveries & Claims

3.1 Package Issue

  • For freight shipments, inspect your entire pallet upon delivery.
  • Make sure all items are accounted for and any visible damage is noted on the shipping documents before the driver leaves.
  • Report any issues to the carrier at the time of delivery, then notify us at info@fedfitness.com. We’ll assist in filing claims or disputes when applicable.

3.2 Shipping Protection Assurance

Shipping Protection is a value-added service offered by xcotton. Customers can choose to purchase shipping insurance when placing an order. Get a partial or full refund if your order doesn’t arrive as described, in case of issues such as:

  • Damaged upon arrival: Claim for up to the full value of your purchase if your items are damaged in transit.
  • Loss: Claim for the full value of your purchase if your domestic package is not delivered before the 30th day since fulfillment (60th day for international package).
  • Delivery delay: If the product is delivered beyond the expected delivery date, the buyer will receive a one-time compensation of $10 or the equivalent of $10 in local currency.

PART 4: Avoid Extra Costs

4.1 Truck Accessibility & Special Arrangements:

If your location is not accessible by a full-size freight truck, please notify us as soon as possible so we can coordinate an alternative solution. Any additional shipping costs due to access limitations will be billed to the customer.

4.2 Missed Deliveries, Storage, and Returns:

If the freight carrier is unable to deliver due to lack of contact or failed appointment scheduling, storage fees will be assessed and billed accordingly. These fees must be paid before attempting to redeliver the order.

Delivery refusal, complications due to driveways, or the customer's unwillingness to pick up at the closest warehouse/storage location will result in a refund minus all shipping and return freight charges.

4.3 Moving upstairs/installation service (white glove service)

(White glove service is currently not available)
