Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, Guam, Hawaii, or Alaska at this time. Please note that FED Fitness reserves the right to cancel orders if shipping services are unavailable in the destination area.

The Worry-Free Purchase Plan, provided by Xcotton, is an optional service designed to protect your order during shipping. When you purchase shipping protection, you may qualify for a partial or full refund under the following conditions.

1. Loss Coverage:

• Domestic orders not delivered within 30 days of shipment.
• International orders not delivered within 60 days of shipment.
• Packages marked as “delivered” but not received must be reported within 7 days.

2. Damage Coverage:

• If your package arrives damaged, please report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
• All claims must be submitted within 90 days of the order date.

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days after delivery under the following conditions: New or Like-New Products: Items must show no significant signs of use or damage. A restocking fee may apply. Products with Quality Issues: Items confirmed to have manufacturing or material defects are eligible for return or replacement.
