Forms of Payment Accepted
We accept PayPal and Credit payment！
Please note that when you pay with a credit card, the bank system may reject your payment at checkout to prevent credit card fraud. This usually happens in the following situations:
- You use a new credit card and pay online;
- You use a credit card, but the IP address you use when paying does not match the country/region where your credit card is registered;
- You have recently changed your billing and shipping address;
- Your transaction amount is too large;
- Or other unspecified reasons; It is recommended that you call your credit card company or bank in advance to inform them of your purchase to avoid rejection.
Under such circumstance, here are 3 solutions for you:
- Please switch to your other credit/debit cards, we can accept the payment form Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and our installment payment service from Klarna.
- If you have a PayPal account, please try to pay by PayPal.
- If you do not have a PayPal account, please select PayPal still at the checkout page & click the complete order button. Then you'll be directed to a page with access to both PayPal and Debit/Credit card payment (for the latter option, you don't have to register for PayPal).
Discount Policies
Usage Rules
- Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise specified. Please refer to the product page or promotional event page for specific discount details.
- Coupons are valid for one-time use only and are non-transferable.
- Discounted prices displayed at checkout shall prevail.
Returns and Discounts
Refunds for discounted items will be based on the actual amount paid. If returns cause the order to no longer meet discount conditions, the remaining items will be charged at the original price.
