Different from squat, this is an“open-chain kinetic”exercise. Building your quads can increase the force of kicking movements, which can be beneficial in sports performance.
LYING LEG CURL
Leg curls target hamstrings and calf muscles. The leg developer moves smoothly and you can get a full range of motion. When lowering feet back down, your buttocks, quadriceps, and front of the shins are activated too.

Does the bench offer incline and decline angles?
Yes, the bench offers flat, incline, and decline angles.
Can I purchase the leg extension or the preacher curl pad separately?
Unfortunately, no. They are part of the bench.
Is the leg developer portion of the bench removable?
Yes, it is attached with a bolt and nut, so it can be removed. You could disassemble it or not attach that part to begin with. The small metal parts that support the leg assembly (welded to the bench) would remain.
Can I attach spotter bars for solo bench presses?
Yes, u can!....
Can we do weight squats?
It is not intended to do squats on, the design is not compatible with doing squats. The barbell is not tall enough to do squats.
