Creator Program Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer：FED Fitness

The FED Fitness Creator Program ("Program") is organized by FED Fitness Inc. (“FED Fitness” or “Organizer”). Individual campaigns operated under this Program are referred to as “Campaigns.”

2. Binding Agreement

By participating in any Campaign, you ("Participant") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. All decisions made by the Organizer are final and binding.

3. Campaign Period

Each Campaign may have its own schedule and duration, as specified on the corresponding Campaign Page. Participants should refer to the respective Campaign Page for applicable campaign timelines, participation periods, and any relevant deadlines.

The Organizer reserves the right to extend, shorten, modify, suspend, or terminate a Campaign at any time by giving prior notice.

4. Eligibility

The Campaign is open to individuals who:

  • Are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their country/region;
  • Have purchased an eligible FED Fitness new product designated for the Campaign;
  • Have a valid account on the participating community platform(s), where applicable;
  • Have a valid U.S. shipping address.
  • Comply with these Participation Terms and all applicable platform community guidelines.

Campaigns are void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

5. Methods of Entry

  1. Participants may enter each Campaign through the submission methods specified on the corresponding Campaign Page.
  2. Submission requirements, including content formats, photo or video quantities, minimum video length, platform requirements, and submission procedures, may vary by Campaign.

General Rules

  1. All submissions must be original and comply with these Terms & Conditions.
  2. Duplicate or substantially similar content counts as one valid entry.
  3. FED Fitness may request proof of purchase or other information to verify eligibility.
  4. Ineligible or fraudulent submissions may be disqualified.

6. Creator Rewards & Notification

A. Creator Rewards

Participants may earn rewards based on the approved content submissions and selection criteria specified on the corresponding Campaign Page.

Reward types, amounts, tiers, eligibility requirements, and fulfillment methods may vary by Campaign.

All rewards are subject to content approval, eligibility verification, and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

B. Review & Notification

FED Fitness will review submissions for originality, content quality, product visibility, and compliance with these Terms & Conditions. Reviews are generally completed within 5–7 business days. FED Fitness reserves the right to reject content that does not meet the program requirements.

Selected participants may be notified via email, Instagram Direct Message, or other available contact methods. FED Fitness may request additional information or proof of purchase to verify eligibility. Rewards may be withheld if eligibility cannot be verified.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants must not:

  1. Post offensive, unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful content;
  2. Manipulate engagement metrics artificially;
  3. Use fake accounts, bots, or fraudulent methods;
  4. Harass or attack other community members.

The Organizer reserves the right to remove content or disqualify participants at its sole discretion.

Content License; Use of Name and Likeness. By submitting content in connection with the Campaign, including photos, videos, reviews, or social media posts, you grant FED Fitness a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to repost, share, publish, display, translate, and otherwise use such content for Campaign, community, marketing, and promotional purposes. You represent and warrant that your submitted content does not infringe any third-party rights. By participating, you also grant FED Fitness permission to use your name, username, image, likeness, and social media handle for such purposes, including on FED Fitness’s public website and social media channels, without further notice, consent, or compensation, unless required by applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Organizer is not responsible for:

  • Technical failures,
  • Platform interruptions,
  • Lost, delayed, or incomplete submissions,
  • Or any damages arising from participation in the Campaign or use of prizes, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected during the Campaign will be used solely for:

  • Campaign administration,
  • Winner verification,
  • Prize fulfillment,
  • And related communication purposes.

10. Final Interpretation

The Organizer reserves the right of final interpretation of these Terms & Conditions and all matters relating to the Campaign.Any decisions made by the Organizer regarding eligibility, winners, or disputes shall be final.
