How it all started
Growing up in his family’s fitness equipment factory, with his grandfather, father, and uncles all in the business, Jack saw a problem: powerful commercial machines made home fitness inaccessible. People wanted to stay healthy but were limited by space, cost, and time. Determined to break these limits, Jack founded FED (Fitness Every Day) to bring fitness back home, making it simple, affordable, achievable, and part of daily life.
