FAQ
What’s the difference between the early-bird and public launch offers?
Both offers include 15% OFF SH1. Sign up November 2–15 to also receive a code for a free adjustable weight bench and 230 lb weight plate set, valued at approximately $800, with your SH1 purchase. The public launch offer does not include the gift bundle.
When can I purchase SH1, and how do I claim my gifts?
SH1 launches on November 16. After signing up, you’ll receive your early-bird code by email. Once sales open, add SH1 and both gift items to your cart, then enter your code at checkout. Both gifts will receive 100% OFF, alongside your 15% SH1 launch discount. A qualifying SH1 purchase is required.
What if I haven’t received my early-bird code?
Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. If you still can’t find the email, contact FED Fitness customer support using the email address you signed up with.
Who can join the SH1 experience-sharing program, and how?
All SH1 purchasers can participate after launch, including customers who didn’t sign up for the early-bird offer. Share your experience and upload photos and/or videos through the submission section on this page.
How can I earn up to $600 back?
If your submission is selected, you’ll receive $300 back as an installation subsidy. If it is also chosen as a featured submission, you’ll receive an additional $300. Rewards are issued as partial refunds to your original SH1 order. Submitting content does not guarantee selection or a reward.
Can I receive both the early-bird gifts and experience-sharing rewards?
Yes. They are separate offers, so eligible customers can receive both. You do not need to submit content to claim your early-bird gifts, and receiving the gifts does not guarantee an experience-sharing reward.
